by Yorkeville Sound in Canada.This amp has 10 valves! 5xECC83, 4xEL34
and a EL84 for the reverb driver. Sounds very good and is very loud.
The tremelo and reverb aren't up to much but who needs springs when
you've got valve tape echo.
I bought it off a guy near St. Helens for £190, which seems like a bargain. He said he used to be a member of Johnny Kidd's backing band. But from what I hear, so was everybody else in the mid 60's. [Schematic - 106k] |
