Astley
Hall offers one of the most romantic settings for weddings in the North
West.
We have 2 rooms licensed for weddings. The Dining Room, licensed to hold 30 guests, in the East wing of the Hall, overlooking the Lake. The decoration and furnishings are mainly 19th century, apart from the 17th century dining table. There is a marble fireplace and elaborate chimney breast containing panelling inlaid with floral patterns. The wooden panelling creates a warm and intimate atmosphere for the wedding. The Great Hall, licensed to hold 50 guests, offers a majestic setting for a wedding, under the famous plaster ceilings dating from the mid 1600s. The ceiling decoration of cherubs, fruits, rosettes and leaves is made from wood, leather and plaster. The walls of the rooms are panelled to above head height, with portraits above. Both rooms are wheelchair accessible. |

interior of the Hall and the grounds are available for your wedding photographs.
Wedding cars can be driven to the Hall. We can also supply silk flower arrangements
for your wedding, or you are welcome to supply your own flowers. We can
provide a CD player for your choice of music.
Astley Hall is available for weddings 7 days a week throughout the year, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Good Friday.
