About people, designed for people. The Queen's Lancashire Regiment Museum tells the story of the Lancashire Lads who came from Preston and the towns of Lancashire to serve in their Regiment and still do to this day.
The extensive regimental collections, archive and library combine to produce the largest military heritage centre in the North West. Here the compelling story of the Lancashire soldier and what he achieved is lavishly and warmly told.
Located close to the Football Museum, this major research and education centre is housed in Fulwood Barracks. Completed in 1848, the barracks remains Preston's finest collection of listed buildings and is still in use by the British Army today.
A visit to the Museum, Council Chamber and Chapel will allow you to experience something of the rich atmosphere of the Regiment and the way of life of the Lancashire Lad.
