'Chorley Sparks' was a project set up by nationally renowned clog dancer Alex Fisher. The purpose of the project was to teach local school children about the long tradition of clog making, wearing and dancing in the North West of England. Alex went into schools and held clog dancing sessions which were photographed and videoed. The project cuminated in two large scale events in Chorley Town Hall where the children showed off their new-found clog dancing skills as well as performances from singers, musicians and morris dancers. Crumplezone were comissioned to provide design, photography services to the project as well as to supply and operate audio equipment for all project events. |
